Competition Licence Application

Note to All Applicants

  • Licences are valid from date of issue to December 31 of the calendar year. Licence Fees are not pro-rated

  • Allow 15 working days for processing of licence requests. If application is received less than 10 working days prior to event or required date, an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged.

  • Licences will only be in digital format as of 2026. If you wish to receive a physical card, please check the specified option at an additional fee of $20. Cards are shipped through regular mail. If you require your licence by Courier, check the appropriate fee below with your application.

  • Competitors upgrading a current Regional Race Licence or CARS National Rally Licence to ASN-GDS National or International licence, prior to July 1st, will be charged the full licence fee. If the application is made after July 1st the upgrade fee of $200.00 will apply.

  • If you are applying for an upgrade to a current ASN-GDS Licence, the upgrade fee of $200 will apply at any time.

  • It is the responsibility of the Applicant to provide accurate information when applying for a licence.

  • Licences will not be issued if all required documentation is not submitted with this application.

  • ASN-GDS National Sporting Authority has the right to refuse any application for not meeting the criteria as stated in the Criteria for a Competition Licence or FIA International Sporting Code Appendix L, as well if the required documentation is not met.   • ASN-GDS National Sporting Authority has the right to require further information to proceed with any application received. This may require additional information required by the Applicants physician.

  • ASN-GDS National Sporting Authority has the right to share information with affiliated Regions, Clubs and any ASN-GDS commissions including the National Medical Committee.
